Blake and I had an ultrasound done a week before Christmas. We kept it a surprise for the family on Christmas. I wrapped up boxes for the Dads since they were the most anxious for a grandson. It was so much fun!!! The day of the ultrasound I was a nervous wreck!!! I thought it might be a boy but was scared for Blakes sake it was another girl. Dont get me wrong blake LOVES his girls more than life itself but he has been dreaming of a son since he can remember. I had never seen a boy ultrasound before so the previous night I got online and googled pictures of boy ultrasounds. I compared pictures and knew what to look for. When the tech viewed between the legs I saw it!!! I screamed " I see a penis!" Everyone laughed and she said that it was exactly what it was.
We are having a bouncing baby boy and I am excited. I had to check the pictures for a few days and make sure I didnt dream it but every time I looked it was confirmed. I am scared of the smells, bug eating, peeing, and CRAZINESS but I will just have to learn to love it all. We are having a boy and Talia and Teagan are getting a brother. Since we are doing all new things here we also decided to have this baby in our home with a Midwife. I am so excited for this new experience and hope Blake is brave enough to deliver him.
