Phoenix

On Thursday Blake took the day off work so we could go to Phoenix to enjoy the sun and get a few things for the baby from the yearly used baby supplies convention.

We began our day in Phx at Chick-fill-a.... YUMMM!!!!! Then we went to the Zoo. It was so much fun. It was NICE AND HOT!!! (thanks again Corey Jones for the tickets)

Talia's favorite animal at the zoo was a giant lizard. (a real lizard) the same size as this one she just was not able to kiss the real one behind the glass so she settled for the metal model. Leave it to our kid to fall for the amphibian.... not the koala bears, not the giraffe.... THE LIZARD

It was the only time she cried when we walked away. I just hope when she is older she will settle for a gecko instead of the kimono dragon.

I was so happy Blake took the day off. We have not done a family thing like this in awhile!!!

This morning Blake and I went to the doctors to get the 5 month Ultrasound. It was so amazing!!! My little boy turned out to be a little girl. I was CONVINCED it was a boy.... Yup I can just see her up in heaven laughing at me every time I brought home ANOTHER baby Boy outfit. She had us fooled.... I thought I would be disappointed if the baby was not a boy but I was so happy. I had a smile from ear to ear the whole time. Just to see a perfect little fetus is always the best result. It makes it SO REAL when you see the baby. WOW ITS INDESCRIBABLE!

Blake was a little bummed. That father son image was ripped from his mind once her legs were spread. But lets be honest Blake makes beautiful girls so it only makes sense. I cant wait to meet my daughter and I can now relax. I seem to have horrible anxiety until this point in pregnancy. I am beside myself with Glee (Great show by the way) Babies are so special and I know how blessed I am to have the privilege of bringing another one into this world.

WE LOVE YOU BABY GIRL! WE CAN NOT WAIT TO MEET YOU THIS SUMMER XOXOXOXO!!!
