Crazy month!!!

The last month has been VERY exciting and VERY exhausting. We are in the market for a new house! I am so happy. We were unable to sell our town house so we will be renting it out till the market comes back up and sell it then. So we will be owning 2 homes. Are we rich? or crazy? Ummm definitely the second one.

We found renters and when they saw the townhouse they said "we love it! Can we move in this week?" SAY WHAT!?!?!?!?!?

Blake and I packed and moved in 3 DAYS!!!! It was the worst week of my life lol! I have never done that much that fast in my life. We had the kids, went to work, packed, moved, and cleaned in less than 5 days. I cant believe we actually did it. With help from my mom Blake's parents, and a couple friends we concurred! Although it left us homeless we were stoked that we found renters. The Calls were gracious enough to let us bunk up with them until we found a home of our own.

So Blake, Talia, Teagan, The dog and I are all sharing a room equipped with 3 dressers, a pack-n-play, queen bed, crib mattress on the floor, and a dog bed. Our entire lives are nestled into one room. It is quite the sight! Our new house will feel like a mansion compared to this. But it has been so fun for all of us. Talia wakes up early to greet her great grandparents (who live in the apartment above the garage). She then leaves with an oreo cookie in hand. Then onto Nauni and Papa where she some how convinces them it is NOT to early for chocolate milk.... She is in HEAVEN!

There is always someone to see during the day and lots of extra hands to help with the baby. It has been a blast and we will be sad to leave.... We have looked at house after house and never really loved any homes. We found a couple we liked and made some offers but nothing made us all giddy inside until one day...

My sister (our realtor) called me and said she wanted me to look at a foreclosure that had come on the market a few minutes earlier. As we drove to it she explained that it was a really great deal and if we wanted it then we would have to act fast. when we puled up and went inside I fell IN LOVE! The house was amazing and I wanted it!!!! Blake was at work so I did what any good wife would do. I called and left him a nice voice mail telling him how much I loved him and "Oh by the way I put an offer on a house."

He called back a couple hours later in a panic. He asked where the house was, how many bedrooms, and if it had a garage... I had to break his heart a little more and tell him all the wrong answers to the questions. He started to get anxious and so did I! I told him to go look at the house after work. I held my breath as I stayed on the phone with him while he walked through the home. He was silent for a minute or two and then he said the sweetest words ever... "Man, I want this house." wheeeew!

Monday morning there were four more offers. We got our in on Friday so the bank counter offered and we accepted before the other offers could go through. We prayed hard and our prayers were answered! We will hopefully be closing on this oh so perfect house in a couple weeks!!!!!!!!

We are so blessed for this opportunity. I testify that paying tithing and choosing the right REALLY DOES change your life. Blake and I have been on the right track this year and every day we receive blessings. It is so incredible. We have such a supportive giving family and we cant believe how lucky and truly blessed we are.
